  • Usage Limitation: Refunds will only be processed if less than 10% of the subscription's allocated credits (e.g., image generation credits) have been used. If more than 10% of the allocated credits have been used, the service is considered to be utilized, and refunds will not be granted.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from using the service as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time purchases of image credits.
  • Custom or enterprise subscriptions that have been used or partially used.
  • Any promotional or discounted offers, including but not limited to "free trials," "starter packs," and "limited-time offers."

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Late or Missing Refunds
